The opportunity

A well-regarded, independently owned project and development management consultancy is looking for a Project Manager to join their growing Geelong team. You'll be working across a strong pipeline of residential and industrial projects in Geelong and Melbourne's western suburbs, with an immediate focus on a $60M residential retirement apartment project in Geelong, currently in the delivery phase.
The role

• Managing delivery of the $60M retirement apartment project from construction through to completion
• Client-side representation- attending site, liaising with the contractor and consultants
• Working closely with a senior Project Director based in the Geelong office
• Contributing to a broader portfolio of Geelong projects over your career
