Project Manager - Hawke's Bay

We’re looking for a hands-on Project Manager to deliver a range of large-scale civil projects across Hawkes Bay. You’ll be leading work that includes subdivisions, bulk earthworks, complex retaining walls, stop banks, piling, bridges, drainage, and watermains.

This role suits someone who’s just as comfortable behind a laptop as they are in steel-caps. You'll need to be confident leading from the front, and running pre-starts etc.

What you’ll do:

• Manage projects from start to finish - scope, budget, quality, and delivery
• Coordinate contractors, suppliers, and site teams
• Oversee project budgets, reporting, and compliance
• Lead by example, maintaining a safe and productive site

What you’ll bring:

• Experience managing civil construction projects (subdivisions or infrastructure preferred)
