Job Description
The Project Manager holds ultimate responsibility for the financial and technical success of construction projects, overseeing all phases of project planning and execution. The role requires planning, organizing, leading, and controlling projects in accordance with company policies while ensuring client expectations are met.
Responsibilities

+ Lead project teams by clearly defining roles, promoting accountability, and resolving conflicts.

+ Support team development and training initiatives.

+ Participate in preconstruction activities, including constructability reviews, logistics planning, and scheduling.

+ Oversee project schedules and ensure adherence to contracts, permitting, and procurement processes.

+ Manage all project documentation including RFIs, submittals, ASIs, reports, and approvals.

+ Lead the project buyout phase and ensure contracts are executed timely....
