Oversee preconstruction activities and project launch Manage project budget and invoice reviews Chair Owner Architect and Consultant meetings Conduct Quality Control inspections and assessments Supervise project reports and documentation Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree or relevant construction certification Minimum 4 years of project management experience Proficient in Building Information Modeling (BIM) Strong verbal and written communication skills Familiarity with Lean processes and continuous improvement
