Project Manager for Construction Logistics

We are looking for a team member to lead demanding construction projects and modern site logistics across Finland. As a project manager, you will oversee projects comprehensively, take ownership of their success, acquire new projects, and participate in bid calculations. You will plan project packages in close cooperation with clients and key personnel within our organization. During the production phase, you will lead cooperation among different parties and ensure the project progresses with high quality, on schedule, and profitably. You will report to the business director.

Requirements

• Construction engineering or relevant education (e.g., civil engineer or construction foreman)
• Strong practical experience in a construction environment
• Leadership skills, motivation, and the ability to coordinate multiple tasks
• Experience in supervisory roles is an advantage
