Job Summary And Requirements

This is a 1‑year, 10‑month term position. Temporary assignments will be considered. In this role you will lead the development of flood maps for the Yukon, providing leadership and support in planning, coordination, engagement, tendering, and management of flood studies and mapping contracts. Flood maps are a key tool that supports emergency response, development planning, and the reduction of community vulnerability to flooding in the face of the Yukon’s changing climate. The Water Science and Stewardship Branch (WSS) seeks a team‑oriented and innovative project manager to continue leading flood mapping for the Yukon.
