Job Description

Job Purpose: 

The Furniture, Fixtures, and Equipment (FF&E) Project Manager is responsible for the strategic oversight, governance and delivery of FF&E lifecycle programs for VenuesLive at Optus Stadium. The role leads audit coordination, asset data integrity, procurement management, lifecycle forecasting and capital replacement planning to ensure compliance with contractual obligations and alignment with operational requirements.

In this role you will: 

  • Lead and coordinate periodic FF&E audits to ensure asset accuracy and contractual compliance.
  • Develop and present lifecycle and capital replacement reporting to senior management.
  • Identify risk exposure in FF&E lifecycle forecasting and propose mitigation strategies.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives in asset governance processes.
  • Maintain the integrity and accuracy of the FF&E asset database through structured data validation and cleansing processes.
