Project Manager - Fabrication & Retail Construction

The key to success in the Project Management Office is strong communication skills and time management. We are a client service company first, and therefore our Project Managers must be able to build strong relationships with our clients, without compromising a streamlined engineering and building process.

We maintain a leveled Project Management structure to ensure clarity around scope, responsibility, and compensation. During the interview process, candidates are assessed and placed into one of four levels based on experience, technical skill, and demonstrated ability to manage complex projects and client relationships. 
Placement determines starting salary and initial scope of responsibility.

Level 1 - Project Manager:

Salary Range: $85-90K.
