Position OverviewOur client is looking to add a Project Manager to oversee the full lifecycle ofmercial construction projects. This role is responsible for managing budgets, schedules, subcontractor contracts, and client relationships, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, and within budget.
Key ResponsibilitiesLead project planning, including budgeting, scheduling, and procurement strategies Manage all financial aspects including cost tracking, forecasting, and change management Negotiate, award, and administer subcontractor and supplier contracts Coordinate closely with the Superintendent to ensure alignment between field and office operations Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, consultants, and stakeholders Review drawings and specifications to identify risks and opportunities Prepare and manage RFIs, submittals, and change orders Monitor...
