Project Manager - DevOps

**What you'll do:**

+ Lead end-to-end planning, execution, and delivery of DevOps and engineering programs. Confirm priorities, rebalance capacity, review demand vs supply, retire low value work, align quarterly objectives.
+ Manage project plans, timelines, dependencies, risks, and mitigation strategies to ensure predictable delivery.
+ Partner with Business Units, Engineering, Product, Security, and Infrastructure teams to drive alignment and execution.
+ Act as the primary interface between technical teams and business stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and transparency.
+ Drive Agile delivery by facilitating sprint planning, reviews, retrospectives, and continuous delivery practices.
+ Monitor delivery health through metrics, dashboards, and executive status reporting.
+ Identify and remove delivery roadblocks while proactively managing cross-functional dependencies.
