About the Role

• Lead end-to-end planning and execution of land development projects, ensuring delivery on time, within budget, and in compliance with zoning, environmental, regulatory, and contractual requirements.
• Manage and coordinate complex development applications, including rezoning, variances, permits, and other municipal and regulatory approvals.
• Oversee project budgets, schedules, resources, and risk management, escalating critical issues to senior leadership as required.
• Conduct site feasibility assessments and support the development strategy and decision-making, incorporating input from senior team members.
• Contribute to the preparation of master plans for residential, commercial, and mixed‑use developments, incorporating sustainable and innovative design principles.
