Required:Basic experience in and understanding of the electrical field 3+ years of relevant construction, engineering industry or similar experience Post-college field experience in project management, purchasing, submittal review, and cost control/containment Mechanically minded problem solver with excellent math aptitude Highly organized and detail-oriented Results-oriented with the ability to manage people and tasks in a deadline driven environment Exceptional critical thinking and organizational skills Excellent communication with proven customer service skills to keep people and projects on task Self-starter attitude, works well with limited direction Computer skills such as Word, Excel, Outlook as well as the ability to utilize company’s CRM, ERP, and project management systems
