The Role

We are seeking a highly structured, disciplined, and execution-focused Project Manager with strong content management capabilities to support and coordinate the marketing function at Bitfinex. This role is responsible for maintaining full oversight of the marketing calendar, campaign planning, asset production timelines, and cross‑department coordination. It also requires hands‑on content ownership, including writing, editing, publishing, and reporting.

Your Day‑to‑Day

• Marketing Project & Campaign Management
  • Own and manage the end‑to‑end marketing calendar, ensuring strategic alignment and execution discipline.
  • Plan and coordinate multi‑channel campaigns across product launches, platform updates, educational initiatives, and promotional activities for the Bitfinex and Bitfinex Securities platforms.
  • Define timelines, deliverables, and dependencies across marketing, product, compliance, design, and technology teams.
