Project Manager Construction

AWC Staff Services are looking for a Pre Construction Project Manager, with a strong background in the UK high-pressure gas sector. This role will lead the pre-construction phase of projects, from initial tender through to handover, ensuring robust planning, risk identification, and technical delivery.

The role is hybrid with weekly travel to the Barnsley office. During busy periods, multiple site visits per week aren't uncommon. You must have a full UK driving licence and a willingness to travel.

Requirements

• Extensive knowledge of the UK gas market, with experience working with clients such as Cadent Gas, National Gas, and National Gas Services
• Proven ability to develop project programmes from first principles
• Experience delivering schemes including:
  • ILI digs
  • NARC works
  • AGI rebuilds
  • Stream modifications
  • Boiler house renewals
