Within our Sanofi Global Services Bogota Hub, you will manage the end‑to‑end process for sponsorships and charitable donations, partnering cross‑functionally with business, finance, compliance, and legal teams to ensure every contribution meets Sanofi's purpose, goals, and compliance standards.

Main responsibilities

• Serve as key system administrator and process owner for assigned business units, managing contributions end‑to‑end through platforms such as CyberGrants, SHIFT, and eBuy.
• Organize and lead monthly Review Committee meetings, presenting applications, capturing minutes, and ensuring timely processing of agreements, signatures, and payments.
• Partner cross‑functionally with legal, compliance, finance, and budget owners to obtain approvals and ensure full alignment with policies and procedures.
