Role Summary: Responsible for leading the transition and team establishment for the BOT model supporting Payment Hub (ISO20022) system maintenance. The Project Manager will oversee planning, onboarding, training coordination, delivery governance, and team performance during the initial build and operate phase. This role ensures smooth operational transition from Japan-side teams, while building a stable foundation for long-term capability development in India under the BOT framework.

Job Description /Responsibilities:

• Lead the management for BOT transition activities for Payment Hub system maintenance from NEC to MGS (Mizuho Global Services).
• Ensure readiness for eventual BOT transfer milestones in collaboration with MGS and NEC leadership.
