+ Define project scope, objectives, timelines, deliverables, resource plans, and financial baselines aligned with business strategy;
+ Develop and manage detailed project plans, budgets, forecasts, risks, and status reporting;
+ Own project financial performance, including cost control, margin protection, and P&L impact;
