• Project Stewardship: Take responsibility for the end‑to‑end planning, execution, and delivery of projects, ensuring they meet CRFS’s high standards of excellence.
• Lead and Align: Drive project planning sessions and serve as the central coordinator for internal resources and third‑party vendors.
• Proactive Management: Define and manage project scope, schedule, and cost; identify risks early and implement mitigation strategies.
• Outcome‑Focused Reporting: Track project performance and translate KPIs into meaningful progress reports for stakeholders, taking the lead on solving variances.
