Project Manager (Biocontainment Construction Programs)

**Position Objective:** Provide services as a Project Manager (Biocontainment Construction Programs) in support of the overall functions of the National Institute of Allergy and Infectious Diseases (NIAID) within the National Institutes of Health (NIH). Serve as a Project Manager for analyzing usage compliance for post-closeout NIAID UC6 Construction Grant Program, including conducting in-person site visits for all facilities.

+ The UC6 Construction Grant Program supported construction of Regional biocontainment labs for biomedical research.
+ Grant recipients were required to design, construct, and commission labs to support research on priority pathogens and emerging infectious diseases.
+ Biosafety labs, at a minimum, were required to include a vivarium for small animals, and support space for research, administration, and building operations.
