• Management of investment projects of various sizes in a GxP-regulated environment
• Coordination of interdisciplinary project teams including interface management with customers and internal departments
• Responsibility for deadlines, costs and quality across all project phases
• Ensuring a smooth flow of information and promoting team spirit
• Holistic project management including scope, change and budget management as well as role clarification in the team
• Operational implementation including tenders, contract awards and contract processing
• Collaboration in project acquisition and in particular the preparation and calculation of offers
