Job Description

Côte d’Ivoire and Ghana are increasingly under the threat of violent extremist organizations (VEOs) spreading from the Sahel. The Project Manager (PM) will work to mitigate the hazards posed to service members countering this spread through the provision of training, mentorship, and lifesaving equipment for front-line medical personnel. The United States aims to improve the capacities of the Ghana and Côte d’Ivoire militaries to treat and evacuate wounded service members and non-combatants under their protection to hospitals.Qualifications


  • Bachelor’s degree

  • Two (2) years of experience serving as the senior-most in-country management official at the project level

  • Two (2) years of experience managing projects valued at $3 million per period of performance or more
