The **Project Manager Assistant - Electrical** is responsible for overall support and accountability of the daily operations for the AFCEC Fuels Program. Work with the Federal Program Manager-Fuels and Project Managers to ensure technical performance, cost and schedule requirements are always adhered to. Manage internal and external clients from RFQ through closeout as well as invoice/billing cycle.

**Responsibilities**

+ Develop and maintain proactive working relationships with team members, subcontractors, vendors, management, and other departments.
+ Work with detailed workflows and resourcing plans, meet deadlines, resolve conflicts, and manage progress with confidence.
+ Work with the Project Manager to review potential project obstacles, risks, and constraints and effectively plan around them.
+ Help develop meeting agendas and checklists for weekly project calls...
