Project Management Lead

Main Role

The Project Management Lead owns end-to-end delivery for the engineering team. You turn product and technical goals into a realistic plan and then protect it, running the delivery cadence and keeping a small senior team plus a larger layer of freelancers and specialist contractors moving against clear milestones. You make done unambiguous, surface risks and blockers to leadership early rather than late, and act as the operating owner of delivery, working directly with venture leadership (CEO, CTO, technical and product leads).

Key Responsibilities & Activities :

• Own delivery end-to-end, from planning through acceptance.
• Run the delivery cadence (planning, stand-ups, reviews) and keep the team and contractor layer moving against clear milestones.
