About the Role
Join our Global App team and play a key role in shaping the digital guest experience for Minor Hotels. This internship offers hands-on experience supporting the operations, testing, and performance of our unified guest app used across 560+ properties worldwide. You’ll work closely with teams across Product, QA, and Hotel Operations to help onboard new properties, ensure content accuracy, and drive adoption.
Key Responsibilities
App QA Testing: Assist with version testing, bug logging, and regression testing during release cycles.
Content Review: Audit property content (e.g., images, menus, descriptions) in the app and coordinate with hotels for updates.
Property Onboarding: Support checklists, documentation, and coordination for new hotel onboarding to the Minor Hotels App.
