Project Management Executive

• Coordinate daily project activities with internal team to meet work schedules.
• Update project schedules with Project Manager.
• Prepare and maintain project documentation (Shopdrawings, Safety Documents, Workers' List, etc) and ensure accurate version control.
• Support procurement by consolidating material requisitions, following up on deliveries, and flagging risks that may impact timelines.
• Attend site meetings, if needed.
• Resolve minor on-site issues under the guidance of the Project Manager.
• Ensure compliance with safety and quality processes by conducting basic checks (housekeeping, permits ready, drawings latest) and reporting deviations.
