Project Management Coordinator

As a Project management coordinator, you will plan, directa and conduct impactful research to solve technical problems and cost-effective manner focused on the development of resins for coatings.
You will report to Global S&T Innovation Manager.
This position is based in Acolman, Edomex.

- Plan, directs and conducts impactful and research to solve technical problems and cost-effective manner focused on the development of coatings resins.
- Establish what resources will be needed to accomplish the project and in what time frame.
- Elaborate the project plan.
- Define the quality standards that each project deliverable must have.
- Lead the project team and keep them motivated.
- Track project tasks to check for any deviation from goals.
- Anticipate and manage the risks related to the project.
- You will perform planning, design and execution of design of experiments for summarizing new coating resins.
