• You oversee the planning, execution and completion of different projects while ensuring the ongoing maintenance of facilities, equipment and systems.
• You develop detailed project plans, coordinate internal and external cross-functional teams, monitor the project progress, ensure compliance and present project status reports to stakeholders and senior management.
• You establish and implement maintenance schedules for all equipment, machines and facilities and conduct regular inspections to identify maintenance needs and areas for improvement.
• You lead a team of maintenance technicians, providing training, support and performance evaluations.
