Job description:

(Co-)drawing an annual budget and supplying WIP valuation data in quarterly figures

Is the point of contact for the client, technicians, subcontractors, temporary workers and other stakeholders during a project.

-Provides communication with the client, progress reports and attends construction meetings.

-Is responsible for efficient & profitable execution of projects according to given specifications and planning.

-Keeping the required professional knowledge up to date, both for themselves and for the technicians.

-Checking the work carried out by our own and hired engineers and subcontractors.

-Monitoring of deployment hours and material consumption.

-Identifying and reporting deviations during the implementation of a project.

-Devising and developing solutions and making adjustments if there are deviations in the project

-Delivering projects.
