Project Leader (Penske Logistics)

**Position Summary:**

This position will be part of the corporate safety team and will be responsible for the design, development, implementation, and maintenance of a variety of safety-related training materials, to include: eLearning Content (primary), video-based training (secondary), training support aids (e.g. job aids), PowerPoints, etc. The target audience for these training programs will be Penske Logistics drivers, warehouse, site leaders, safety team members, as well as other Penske Logistics leadership positions.

**Major Responsibilities:**

+ Ability to design and develop interactive eLearning courses that are used by a dispersed audience (i.e. truck drivers and warehouse workers)
+ Create multimedia content including videos, animations, quizzes, and simulations to enhance the learning experience.
+ Collaborate with subject matter experts to ensure accuracy and relevance of content.
