Kitchener, ON, Canada – Hybrid. The Project Leader NPI is responsible for leading new product introduction projects and supporting the transfer of product designs from R&D into manufacturing. This role ensures efficient industrialization, cost optimization, and high-quality production readiness while collaborating across engineering, operations, and cross‑functional teams.

• Lead project planning and execution for new product introduction and manufacturing changes
