Project Leader – Digital Transformation

We are hiring a Project Leader to support Digital Transformation and Industry 4.0 initiatives for a global manufacturing organization. This role sits within a PMO environment and requires strong ownership of cross-functional projects that connect operations, manufacturing, and data-driven decision making.
Key Responsibilities:

+ Lead end-to-end Digital Transformation and Industry 4.0 initiatives within a manufacturing environment

+ Work directly with business stakeholders to understand needs and translate requests into actionable project plans

+ Define data requirements across systems (ERP, logistics, etc.) to support reporting and operational insights

+ Drive alignment across multiple teams to ensure solutions meet business needs

+ Coordinate with technical teams (IT, data, engineering) to execute and deliver projects

+ Maintain accountability across stakeholders and project teams
