- Develops and directs the strategic planning of the Plant's Extension Project.
- Oversees coordination of personnel and resources required to successfully complete the project.
- Creates functional strategies and specific objectives for the project work packages and develops budgets/policies/procedures to support the project.
- Overall Project Coordination.
