Job Title: Project Leader
Responsibilities

• Communicate/Negotiate with customer in Japanese or English (Perfect if able to

communicate in two languages)

• Bridge between Test Team and other stakeholders (customer, developer teams)

• Analyze project requirements, Identify work scope of testing.

• Create Test estimation, Test planning.

• Allocate tasks (Balance test resource adapted with required skill and scope/effort)

• Control & Report project health to Manager & Customer (Progress, Productivity,

Scope/Effort, Risk mitigation, Issue/Problem solving).

• Design optimal test cases (using our Japan’s methodologies or best

methodologies for project)

• Review outputs of team members.

• Report Test Results (able to clear the quality issues of project)

• Encourage, motivate, improve performances of team Required Skills and Experiences
