As project lead, you support the project sponsor and oversee a work team involved in cross‑sector projects and initiatives to ensure objectives are met. You participate in all the different project phases, from design to rollout. You organize, manage and control the human, material, financial and IT resources needed to deliver very large‑scale, innovative projects involving multiple sectors. You draw on your drive for results and ability to engage others to effectively manage teams and help the organization achieve its objectives. Your initiatives require extensive, in-depth knowledge of your field of expertise.
