Project Lead

The Role

Our client is seeking an experienced Senior Business Analyst / Project Lead to oversee the deployment of a small Power Apps-based timesheet application integrated with SAP and SuccessFactors .

This role will suit someone who is highly organised, self-motivated, and enjoys working with people. You’ll manage requirements, design, build oversight, and rollout activities across ~20 sites — working closely with vendors and stakeholders to ensure seamless end-to-end process flow, from time entry through to payroll.

What You Will do

• Gather, document, and deliver business requirements within budget (Excel-based documentation).
• Manage the end-to-end process design and ensure data flow between Power Apps, SAP, and SuccessFactors.
• Oversee vendor build and testing (UAT, defect management, rollout).
