Project Lead

Role Mission
To lead the strategic design, synthesis, and delivery of an integrated feasibility study and community pilot, generating investment-ready evidence on the localisation of powered mobility devices in Kenya.
Key Accountabilities1. Strategic Research Leadership
Define the overarching research framework for the feasibility study, ensuring alignment between the concept development (D.1), supply chain assessment (D.2), and the community pilot.
Guide the integration of technical inputs from partners (Ebikes Africa, MATT, NeoMotion) to refine the baseline device concept.
Lead the synthesis of all research findings, supply chain data, and pilot learnings into the final investment- and partner-ready feasibility report.
2. Project & Team Management
Serve as the primary point of accountability for the overall project plan, ensuring the 3-month timeline, deliverables, and budget are on track.
