Insight Global is seeking a senior Project Lead, Mechanical Engineer to manage the design and delivery of complex data center and industrial projects. This candidate will be joining the Data Center division of a global EPCM firm. The ideal candidate will be highly client-facing, capable of leading mechanical engineering teams, coordinating across disciplines, and ensuring timely, high-quality project execution. This role blends technical oversight (30–40%) with project coordination and client management (60–70%), supporting projects from concept design through construction administration. Responsibilities include:

• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and internal teams for assigned projects
• Lead the mechanical engineering team, delegating work to Project Engineers and Designers while maintaining oversight of critical design elements
