to take overall responsibility for the successful delivery of a major data centre project in Finland.

Reporting directly to the
Project Director
, this is a senior leadership role with full accountability for project performance across safety, programme, cost, quality, and client satisfaction. The position requires strong commercial awareness, technical expertise, and the ability to lead large multidisciplinary teams in a complex, fast-paced environment.

As Project Lead, you will oversee the project from early stages through to completion and handover, ensuring delivery is safe, compliant, on schedule, and within budget while maintaining the highest standards of quality.
