Project Lead

Enersense Engineering is currently seeking a Project Lead to support our client's Data Centre projects located in Kirkkonummi and Espoo, Finland. We are hiring on a permanent basis and the position is set to start as soon as possible.
Main tasks and responsibilities:
* Manage overall project cost, schedule, and budget from inception through to completion
* Oversee and coordinate subcontractors, vendors, and consultants to ensure seamless execution of project activities
* Analyse, track, and manage critical milestone activities to prevent schedule delays and ensure timely delivery
* Review and evaluate construction proposals, pricing, and scopes of work
* Lead and facilitate client meetings and other required project coordination meetings
* Monitor and report on factors that influence construction costs, preparing data-driven insights and recommendations
