Project Lead - Concept Implementation

In XXL we are one team and now we are looking for a Project Lead
to strengthen our Concept implementation project team.
You will be a key player to secure successful store projects across all Markets.
Key responsibilities:
- Planing of projects according to timeline and budget in project tracker.
- Facilitate all meetings before, under and after the project with internal and external key stakeholders to provide necessary information and track the project.
- Define resources needed for the project and put together a support team.
- Start-up meeting with support team & operating stakeholders to present the project plan, WoW, policy's, routines, responsibilities and organization structure during the project.
- Keep track of the project plan to secure timeline and budget. Adjust plan when needed in collaboration with _Project _Coordinator and update all stakeholders.
