Qualification, Experience, Technical and Functional Skills

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in IT consulting or project/portfolio management.
• Fundamental understanding of IT implementation and transformation methodologies and techniques.
• A university degree in IT management, business administration, computer science, or equivalent professional experience.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in English is essential; knowledge of German is a plus.
• Self-motivated with proactive problem-solving abilities.
• Experience in a multinational organization is advantageous.
• Demonstrated success in managing complex IT projects, preferably within the Financial Services sector.
• Proven leadership capabilities with a dynamic approach to driving team commitment and fostering long-term, trusted relationships with stakeholders.
