Project-In-Charge

The Project-In-Charge is responsible for the overall site construction management of a project and ensures that the project is completed on time, within budget and quality standards, and with zero accident and fatality.

Duties And Responsibilities

• Construction Budget
• Review and validate the construction budget based on actual site condition and refer back to Quantity Survey group.
• Construction Schedule
• Determine the construction methodology to be executed for approval of the Project Manager.
• Review the dependency of construction activities against schedule.
• Prepare catch-up programs once the slippage hits 5% or more. The catch-up program should include resources needed, methods, and techniques to be employed, and detailed timeline to put the project back on track.
• Review and approve the procurement schedule.
