Project Implementation Specialist- ADP

We are seeking an experienced Payroll Implementation Consultant to support payroll system implementation and optimization initiatives. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience leading and supporting multiple ADP Workforce Now (WFN) implementations, advanced Excel skills, and hands-on expertise with SAP SuccessFactors

Responsibilities

• Lead and support ADP Workforce Now (WFN) implementation projects, including system setup, configuration, testing, deployment, and stabilization.
• Support payroll data conversion, validation, reconciliation, and reporting activities.
• Leverage advanced Excel capabilities to perform data analysis, auditing, reporting, and payroll reconciliations.
• Collaborate on integrations between ADP Workforce Now, SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll (ECP), and related HRIS systems.
