Project Head –Field Sourcing & Market Development

This is not a routine corporate procurement or desk-based purchase role.

We are looking for someone who can work directly in the market, engage with suppliers and sourcing partners, build networks, negotiate commercially, manage day-to-day field challenges, lead teams, and deliver results.

Candidates who have only handled formal purchase processes, office-based vendor management, purchase orders, ERP-based procurement, or routine corporate sourcing may not be the right fit for this role.

This role is suitable for someone who enjoys field execution, supplier hunting, market development, commercial negotiation, team leadership, and target chasing.
