Project Head- Construction

will lead and manage large-scale construction projects including residential buildings, luxurious projects and township developments. He will be responsible for end-to-end project execution, planning, budgeting, quality control, contractor management, and timely project completion while ensuring compliance with safety and legal standards.
Location: Mira- Bhayander. Only Mumbai candidates are preferred.

Key Responsibilities:
Lead and oversee construction projects from planning to handover.
Manage execution of high-rise buildings, residential projects, commercial spaces, and township developments.
Prepare project schedules, budgets, and resource planning.
Coordinate with architects, consultants, contractors, vendors, and government authorities.
Monitor project progress and ensure timely completion within budget.
