Project Finance Specialist

Job purpose: The Assistant Vice President (AVP) in the CoC GIF division will undertake transaction analysis, assist with structuring the transaction and supporting the due diligence and documentation process for the CoC GIF deal team. In the deal team, the AVP supports and/or coordinates the necessary steps in the loan process and accompanies the financing until the final disbursement. The AVP works transactionally and, as part of the role responsibilities, has a high interface function to internal and external(lawyers, advisors, agency and clients) project participants. In addition to a focus on new business, the AVP works on the analysis and ongoing support (including consent and waiver requests) of existing transactions and simple restructurings.
