An International law firm based in Riyadh is looking to hire a mid to senior associate, ranging from 4-6yr PQE who specialises in Project Finance.
The role sits in their energy and infrastructure team and is important that the candidate has PPP (public, private partnership) transactions/PFI (project finance initiatives) transactions experience.
Middle East experience would be an advantage. Additionally, you will have an understanding of project finance, regulatory due diligence and regulatory drafting.
