Project Executive

Responsibilities:

• Able to plan and arrange a project or repair installation and produce reports.
• Liaise with clients to determine the scope of work required and the agreed timeline.
• Coordinate with internal and external contacts on work requirements.
• Organize workflow and monitor its execution.
• Resolve and/or escalate operational issues.
• Able to present onsite training after completion of work (hand over job)
• Follow up on on-site conditions before delivering to the site
• Able to take necessary dimensions of required parts at site.

Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma in Mechanical Engineering.
• Experience in building services would be an added advantage.
• Able to work as a team.
• Good personality, communication skills, Time management and sense of responsibility.
• Product training will be provided.
