Job Description
Education:
* BS Degree in Construction Management or related field. Experience may be substituted for degree.
Professional Certifications or Licenses:
• LEED Accreditation preferred, not required
Work Experience:
* 8-10 years of project management experience in commercial general construction or construction management relatable to RJM’s project complexities.
* Working knowledge of building codes and ADA laws.
* Five plus years managing high performing teams.
Demonstrated Technical Competencies to include:
• Microsoft – Excel, Word, and Outlook, Project required
• Sage Estimating Software
• Viewpoint Software
• Procore software
Demonstrated Professional Competencies to include:
• Attention to detail and ability to prioritize.
• Strong communications skills, both verbally and in writing.
