Job Overview

we are looking for Estimators and Sr. Estimator (Heavy Civil) is responsible for leading and executing the full-cycle pre-construction phase, focusing on preparing complete, accurate, and competitive hard bid estimates for complex, high-value heavy civil projects.

This role requires specialized analysis for scopes including deep foundations, heavy utility and deep excavation, pump stations, wastewater treatment plants, and complex underground construction.

Key Duties & Responsibilities

Estimating & Analysis

• Lead the preparation of accurate, timely, and complete hard bid estimates for complex heavy civil projects, ensuring all scope is covered.
• Conduct detailed quantity take-offs, focusing heavily on deep excavations, shoring, structural elements, and heavy utility installations.
